Δ Who is eligible?
∇ Any businesses with Brick & Mortar shops, especially Stationers and Book Shops are
most welcome.
Δ How can I be eligible?
∇ You are required to fulfil a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) set by us.
Δ How do I collect my orders??
1. We can deliver to your doorstep within a 5km radius.
2. You may collect from us at our office.
Δ Types of Payment Terms?
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
2. Direct Banking on Delivery (DBD)
3. Credit Terms is unavailable at present
Δ Other details that should be discussed?
∇ You are required to sign a Reseller contract with us.
Δ What happens in the case of Damaged Goods?
1. All our Notebooks are professionally sealed. This means customers cannot open the
Notebook to view the inside. All details will be presented on the packaging and
customer can scan the QR code for more details.
2. Once opened consider Sold.
3. Resellers are required to check the goods upon receiving them.
4. All goods are professionally inspected before delivering to Resellers.
5. Resllers are to be responsible for the safety of the Goods when they deliver Goods
on their own.
Δ Is there a Return/Refund programme?
∇ No. We do not offer Returns/Refunds for Resellers as we guarantee that all our Goods
will be professionally inspected before handing over to the Reseller.
Δ What does the packaging look like?
∇ Each Notebook will be accurately heat-shrunk and double-layered with an OPP bag for
extra protection. Enclosed will be a full-page detailed description of our Notebook.
Further details can be viewed by customers via a QR code provided including a high
resolution Notgebook introductory video.
Δ What happens if in the case of faulty designed Notebook?
∇ Fret not. We will handle the problem for you. Please direct the Customer to write to us
at ask@skypeople.my.
