Δ How does this arrangement work?
∇ Being our Agent, you are authorised to promote and sell our Notebooks with
   a Special Privilege Price.

Δ Who is eligible?
∇ Any individuals above the age of 16 years are eligible.
   However, please note that appointed Resellers are ineligible to be Agents.

Δ Do I need to keep stock?
∇ No. We will ship the goods for you to the customer’s doorstep.

Δ When do I receive my part of the earnings?
∇ Immediately! No delay. No holdup.

Δ How do my Customers order?
∇ They browse the products with given link on our website and then tell you
   what they want with provided product codes. Easy!

Δ How do I make payment?
∇ Direct Banking.

Δ What kind of commitment I will be looking at?
∇ You are required to commit one year of sales quota with us to enjoy the
   Agent price for selling. Then you will be free from the commitment from the
   following year onwards. Trust me, it is very easy to achieve.

Δ Do I need to fulfill any Kick-Starter programme?
∇ Yes. You are required to accomplish the Kick-Starter programme by making
   Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) on your first order of 10 units of Notebook.

Δ Is there any Agent Fee?
∇ No. We welcome the first 100 Agents to join for FREE! Come signup now!

Δ What happens when I stop selling?
∇ Absolutely nothing! It is a lifetime Agent partnership. Accomplish your Kick-
   Starter programme and you will be free from the quota commitment.
   Thereafter, we will help you fulfil your order even if it is only one order.

Δ What happens in the case of Damaged Goods?
∇ All our Notebooks are professionally sealed and well-packaged to withstand
   the shipping process.

Δ Is there a Return/Refund programme?
∇ No. We do not offer Returns/Refunds as we guarantee that all our Goods
   will be professionally inspected before shipping.

Δ What does the packaging look like?
∇ Each Notebook will be accurately heat-shrunk and will be inserted into a
   sturdy carton box. Inside the carton box, all corners will be well protected to
   prevent the Notebook corners from bending or being damaged. The box will
   be heavily sealed.

Δ What happens if in case of faulty designed Notebook?
∇ Fret not. We will handle the problem for you. Please direct your Customer to
   write to us at ask@skypeople.my.
